Claim Denied After Switching Doctors Within the Same Clinic

Well, this is it: Humana Ins. is the crookedest insurance on the planet. My doctor, Weingarten, worked at Health Care Partners. Recently she quit and was replaced by Dr. Mike Jonak. I am not happy with him, and another doctor came into the office at the same time, so I chose her as my primary care doctor.

Now I am being denied services because Humana is claiming I went outside my bounds and used Dr. Beg rather than a doctor chosen by Humana. I thought I got to choose my doctor, and if not, then Humana is fired as my insurance. However, they have denied my claim and now I get to pay. Well, if I am paying, they are done. What a ripoff.
