When you visit the company in question, they say all the right things to make you think you are doing the right thing. After using the product for a week, I was in more pain than when I started. By the end of the second week, I had about all I could take.
When I returned the pieces of premolded plastic "arch supports," I was told that all I could get was a store credit and that all sales were final. That is not what I would call "standing behind your product." The salesperson just kept touting how they have been in business since 1949 and all the good things people have said about them. I am sure they might have worked for other folks, but they are not going to work for everyone.
I simply want back the hundreds of dollars I spent on something that did not work. The person would not give me the name of the store's owner to talk to either. I cannot think of another circumstance where I have not been able to get my money back when a product did not live up to its hype. You can buy a car nowadays and drive it for a while, and if you do not like it, you get your money back!
