Cablevision advertise $9.95 upgrade to silver package for existing customers, however when I called for the upgrade was told that I could not get it because I was in a different promotion and if I wanted it I would be charged $23.00, they never stated this on their commercial, they discriminate at will against their customers, I realize that they have their rules however they should clearly state this fact, I feel that they are dishonest with their ads, my only saving grace is that soon Verizon Fios will be available in my area and watch how quickly I switch.
