On 9 Aug 09, I ordered a pair of running shoes using my VIP code obtained from a previous purchase. The total of the bill came to $76.53. When the shoes showed up today, the inbox invoice showed the total as $94.49. These people, instead of contacting me to tell me there was a problem, arbitrarily charged me an additional $17.96. I called them and was told that I don't have a VIP card and that my only option was to return the shoes. Very poor customer service when think they can do what they want without advising the customer.
