I signed up for the services in April. It is now October and I have not heard from them at all regarding my account. They took close to $1,200.00 from me and ran. I was told they were going to contact all my creditors and negogiate on my behalf and I was lied to! They did nothing!
I left many messages to get no return phone call, sent emails to get no reply, I even sent a letter to the physical address to get no response. I am extremely pi*ed off! Now every phone number on their website is disconnected and the email is invalid. This is absolutely ridiculous! How can they get away with this?!?!
I have also filed a complaint with the BBB hoping they can bring this fraud to an end. I advise others to file a complaint with the BBB. If enough complaints come in they will have to do something to stop them. I feel they are criminals and every single person that works for Provident Financial Services needs to be thrown in jail after paying back every penny that they took from every person they said they would help.
My credit is so messed up right now and it will take many years to recover from what Provident Financial Services did to me. I hope every single one of them rots in hell! Again, I am really pi*ed off!
