Leo Stein, Ella Stein, their daugher Laura Stein, aka Laura Stein and Dale Francis Noack are sick, demented and evil people.
They owned and operated the Circle S. Ranch in Salome, Arizona.

Leo Stein abused, physically and sexually many young boys. His pedophile wife Ella Stein abused the boys and also raped the boys, one as young as 12 years old.
Laura Castillo was a willing participant and witness to these daily beatings and abuse.
Dale Francis Noack was a patient of the Circle S Ranch as a young boy. He came back as a "Counselor" and beat the boys with his fists. He also slapped and kicked the youngster, breaking the jaw of a 13 year old child.
For this and a plethora of reasons, Circle S Ranch's operating license was revoked by the State of Arizona in September of 1978.
