I Received text message from phone number 323-243-2978 through my verizon, text message center, as being a winner at Target in the amount of $1,000.00. I went to Targetwinner.com as the text messgae asked me to do, only to be put in a hold situation with no response. I don't like being scammed or need junk text mail filling up my message box. I'm not sure what this has to be 200 words or more. This also is an issue. We don't need to write a book to say we have been scammed.
