On October 7 our senior citizen social organization at Cypress Lakes, Lakeland, Florida 33810, contracted with Romance Cruise Lines, LLC (Rivership Romance) for a cruise on the St. Johns River on February 21.
On signing the contract, our treasurer sent a check for $220.00 as the required deposit for the cruise which was mailed on November 10 and cleared by our bank on November 15.
We received a letter from the company dated November 29 stating they had shut down business and further correspondence regarding our deposit would follow.
We called numerous times but the voice-mail was always full. We emailed also but no response has been received.
