I ordered a gift for my sister on November 10th. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and I wanted to bring it with me for the day after her surgery. The charge was placed on my credit card on the 10th. The site said shipping was 2-5 days. I waited 7 days and still nothing. I received no email with an order confirmation. I did print the final page of my order, which said within 24 hours I would receive a tracking number, but I received none. I called after 7 days and there is nothing on the answering machine that says the store name or anything, it is just a computer generated leave your message. I left a detailed message and my call was not returned. I tried again and again, but no call. Finally, today, one day before I leave to go see my sister, I called three times in a row and someone answered. He was extremely rude and impatient. He said he would just cancel my order. I stated that how could he do that, he did not have my name or anything. He said the item was out of stock and would not be in until sometime this week. I asked when were they planning to let me know that? I placed and paid for this order EIGHT days ago and they did not have the decency to let me know that the item was not even in stock. He said, well they were supposed to be in this week and we were going to ship them then. I said I have to have it by tomorrow. He said, well I will credit your money back. Again, I stated that he never took my name, etc. He said, well you called three times and I stopped him and said that I had never received any communication or returned calls from them and if he would put himself in my shoes he would understand. He just asked for my order number and then said my money had been credited. WHAT A JERK!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE!!!
