On October 27th I scheduled for a tech to come to my home due to continous problem with the service, not receiving a signal. The Tech arrived checked all equipment on three tv's and there was no signal. He inturned checked dish on the outside came back in and came to the conclusion it was a bad receiver. He went out to his van (6701) and retrieved a new receiver, he replaced receiver and took old with him. I received a box from UPS from Dish Network for the return of equipment, I asked what equipment because I had not cancled my service at that time and the younlady informed me that i was for the old receiver, i told her the Tech (#212) took it with him and she said ok, it has not been noted but she would. A couple of weeks later I received another call concerning the same receiver, I explained again I did not have the receiver, again they said they would note it. A time span passed again this time the call was a threating call stating they were going to charge me for the receiver, I called a gain and stated the same answer. I receive a letter from my bank about abnormal purchase patterns I contacted by bank and they showed me where Dish Network had acces my account over 18 times and I occured overdrafts after all monies had been withdrawn from checking and savings "without permission." I signed an affividavidt stating that I was protesting the withdrawals. I in turned called Dish Netwrok back only to get the run around, and was asked why didn't I contact the Service Tech I explained to them that was not my job. I sent several emails complaining about the poor service, I have called and been put on hold for long periods of time. I finally insiste that I talk with no one but a manager and talked to what they told me was a Supervisor named (Picki - id #WOL) whatever that means, the on;y thing she did was shut off the cable. I called again and talked with a woman by the name of (Victoria), stating she was A Supervisor she said they have reveresed the charges but my billing period took the monies back therefore no recourse, I asked her who was going to payy the 18 overdrafts fees and contact my banking institution, she told me she could not help me with that and she did not have an address or number to give me, but I could write the company at dishnetwork.com and she was sure someone would contact me within 48 hours. I think this is very illegal for anyone to make withdrawals form your account without written approval. I hope there is some legal charges I can file against this company. I will look forward to all your help.
