We ordered 4 75' Flex-Able hoses. We intended to order 2 and were going to send 2 back but were so happy with the product we kept all four. However, 2 months after receiving the hoses and using two, one has popped open. It is not repairable. I contacted Flex-Able hose and was told they would send an RMA and shipping label to my email address. When it did not arrive 2 hours later I called again. They told me I need to allow 24 hours. The next day there was no sign of a shipping label. I called and now they say that their server does not allow them to send shipping labels. They 'contacted senior management' and will send a shipping label to my home address. I no longer believe the story. It's a great idea - a lightweight hose that stretches out with a little back pressure. However, once broken they cannot be fixed. Based on my experience and what I see here, they do not last long. Too bad. Do not buy.
