We hired US Aluminum to lay down thin set pavers over an existing deck and screen
enclosure. A 4 week projected ended up to be a 4 month project. The owner nor
project manager was never onsite to communicate to the non-English speaking
crew (we don't know Portuguese). The issues started with the sales guy over
promising and under delivering, The wrong product was ordered, the cement
footer was 12" off center (small miss) The decking was poor with little
drainage and the pavers that they cut looked like a 9 year old did the
work..., many issues 14 emails and 7 calls to the company, I ended up being the
project manager but paid them. They are the worst contractors I have ever seen.
They sub out everything, hence why they don't manage the project. Do not hire them if you expect good work for
a fair price...
