I signed up for one monthe of netflix and only one month. I signed up January. I have not used there service since then.netflix continued to bill my account. I called Netflix and asked if i am not using there service why do they keep billing me. I spoke with two customer service representatives, who kindly told me it was my responsbility to cancel the account. I stated if you know my account has been dorment why did you not contact me. They stated we tried to email your son account and heard nothing from him. I said why did you not send me something by mail to my billing address. They stated there policy is only to contact through email. I said if you kept taking my money you could have at least sent me somthing by mail. They did not refund my money they returned only one month of service. I said I would like 50% of my money back since you dropped the ball and I probably should have been more aware of your fine print. They told me do whatever you want we are only doing what we said we would do. I asked for the name and address of the CEO of Netflix witch I got and will be writing him a letter. I think if Netflix did this to me they are doing to others. They dont charge alot monthly but it adds up. So if I had not noticed the withdrawal on my statement this could of kept going on forever. I will never use Netflix again and that is what I will be telling my friends.
