Refuse on request of Refund - NO Word/Sign for Non-Refundable sales BEFORE Purchase

On 9/22/09, I purchased 4 shows tickets at CTT Camera Store in Las Vegas Strip at 9:26AM. And 10 minutes later, i went back to refund ticket.

Sales person refused to refund 'we have no way to process Cancel thru this system.' It surprised me to know that there is no word for NON-Refund from sales person nor NO-SIGN of NON REFUND posted inside of the store.

They should tell the customer BEFORE purcahsing ticket for NON-Refund.

I requested repeatedly to refund. Store manager showed up later, told me NO REFUND AT THIS STORE EVER.

I called/explained Credit Card Co to hold payment which is investigating.
