Had placed order for an online astro report through Jenna astrologer. Although my card has been debited have not received the report yet although 10 days have passed and there is no response from Jenna's team despite my follow up. Hence writing a complaint to this forum. Below is an extract of the mail I received from her about receiving my payment:
