Diamond Men
Won't play in my DVD player-Returns with a receipt

I purchased 3 DVDis on 9/27/08, all in the same inexpensive $1.99 or more show container. Two of the films were good, but one, "Stone Guys", using the text, "Two Large Thumbs-Up" Ebert & Roper, didn't. Price $3.99

I saved the bill and attempted to come back it towards the host to purchase. Seemed easy to me.

Our bill wasn’t sufficient to make a return of the type. The worker thought I'd waited too much time to get a return (over 72 hours) and named back again to the technology department, to obtain acceptance, but got no reaction. She then paged within the loud-speaker, nevertheless without any reaction. We waited and he or she ultimately went a mind using the return anyhow, it had been just $3.99. While she scanned my bill she stated that Kmart didn’t have this product “in stock” and couldn’t obtain the skew figures had a need to get this to return deal occur. She joined the figures about the bundle container also it nevertheless got up-not in-stock. Her presumption was that I'd not purchased at Kmart, that we had. With nobody assisting the return worker I got both bill and also the movie and joined the shop proceeding for that movie show where I'd discovered it. All the copies of the film were eliminated. I believed at that time they might have been drawn due to there not having the ability to work-in normal DVD players. I subsequently visited the technology department myself to talk to them. A guy in road towels requested, easily need support, (he'd been helping two Kmart workers with setting up indicators. He, requested Kevin to prevent and aid me. To that we was informed that results needed to be handled at the front end of the shop. The person in road towels upon reading my problem emerged to aid. He also had exactly the same fundamental ideas on the DVD and it’s roots, till I noticed that another “DVD’s” were scanned as VHS’s, and Kmart doesn’t market VHS’s anymore, the bill was oviously incorrect. He decided to simply provide me a $3.99 store credit. We strolled towards the return table and he advised my unique worker to provide me the credit. I waited again as the different clients were all assisted and again the worker couldn’t work out how to create this credit occur. She named in another ladies, and was called away. The entire history begins again, together with her stating this DVD isn't in-Stock. She call’s back again to the man in the electronics’ department and it is informed to make use of some signal. She subsequently asked me easily had proven any identification? I thought it had been to verify the unique bill really was billed in my experience, ECT. She subsequently begins to enter my Owners Permit amount in to the computer. I expected her, “Why have you been entering my own info in to the pc? ” It’s shop plan or some such. But, the security of my own identification is more useful in my experience compared to $3.99 shop credit I'd return on the poor, low-operating DVD. (it had been probably a bootleg content they had purchased through questionable programs anyway.) there is no option for me personally until I'd publish to her entering ALL my info in to the pc interval! I got the afore-mentioned DVD and my bill stating, that “K-mart had trained me a severe and firm lesson” But, actually, it's k mart that'll discover, in a little city, everybody I interact may learn about that event. They'll loose significantly more than my own company. To heck using the nearby step of business as well as their “Keep your cash in Large Bear” strategy. From today on I'll store elsewhere.
