Disorganized, poorly managed, not worth the time or money!
This was a well planned family vacation that definitely did not turn out that way! Major problem is disorganization, no one speaks english. Credit card like keys were used for the rooms which never worked, had to be rebooted two and three times a day. Bath room toliets not working, near the pools ...
