I was naieve enough to purchase this package a few years ago. First step is to file a complaint with the consumer protection offices in FL. There are many fradulent ways in which RPR has marketed to individuals. Find out your state laws and familiarize yourself with the State laws of FL. Find out every office that would be interested in knowing about the horrible SCAM that you hav been a victim of.
Write a detailed letter of your experiences and how they have violated the law and regulations of whichever organization that you are sending the letter to (i.E. The United States postal service, or the SEC or various travel agency bureaus, I had a list of about 40 offices that I found that RPR had voilated) and send a letter to a different office every day. This can be faxed or mailed (I faxed mine every HOUR).
