The owner had very bad attitude when we were there. We have to wait for 10 min in order to check in while he was on the phone holding for nothing. He didn't willing to take credit card, but instead, he asked us to run to the ATM machine next town to get cash for him after 10 mins of waiting. We were late for our afternoon activities because of all these waiting and inconveniences.
- The owner assigned us a larger room (1 queen bed and 2 double bed) on the phone while we booked and when we got there, he switched our room to a smaller room (1 double bed and 2 twin bed) but still insist to charge us the same amount of money.
- When he agreed that his place is pet friendly, he asked for $200 deposit for bringing a dog. We didn't know there is such a rule until we get there with a dog. After that, he was trying to find any little thing on the door and blamed that the dog scratch the door and holding $200 deposit without return. We talked to housekeeping lady and asked her to show us where is the scratch and we found that the scratch was the dirtyness of the door which can be easily removed by tissue paper. The owner was yelling at the housekeeping lady and saying she wasn't supposed to show us. He still took our $200 without reason. We tried to talk to him but he said he is waiting for us to sue him.
- The gas BBQ grill was broken and the whole grill was on fire while we are starting to BBQ. We found that the hose connected to the gas tank was broken. The owner didn't say anything just asked us to change to another one without caring if anyone got hurt. The fire came out directly from the hose. It was very dangerous. At the end while we are checking out, the owner said we broke it while it is already broken when we got there.
- It is very disappointed to find that the owner hade a note on the door saying if we need services, knock on the door. But 1/2 hours later, still no one answered and we found he was sleeping during the day. We have to spend time wake him up to borrow the oars and ask for the questions.
- He said there is wireless internet, while there is not.
- On the website, it shows it has vallyball court and basketball court while it is only playgrounds with a lot of grass. No vallyball net, no basketball court. Regarding to table tennis, there is no table to be found.
- The swimming pool is very dirty and full of bugs, spiders... Etc. Not sure if you want to swim with all the insects.
- No lights outside at night, if you come back late or arrive late, it is very hard to find the location. The cabins are located at the very steep slope. It is very hard to park or to drive especially at night without any light.
- No visitor allowed. If your friend live in other place and would like to hangout with you guys, the owner will charge you $10/person per day.
- The owner is very unfriendly and not nice once you got there and paid. He was very good when I was on the phone and trying to book the room with him. Totally different attitude.
