Tourist Street - Claimed they were a company called silverlake resorts in kissimmee florida when they are NOT! They contacted me on oct 19th and they asked me if I would like to take a vactaion at silverlake and only pay $89.00 for a 2 bedroom villa. They also said if I take a tour that I will get 2 Disnet tickets for "the tour". The person that called me asked me to go to the link they sent me and fill out my info and I did. Then I drove to florida and checked in to Silverlake.
Upon checkin I was told it was a 1 Bedroom and not 2. I was very upset. I traveld with my disabled mother and my son and husband. I asked Silevrlake why I was not given a 2 bedroom and they told me the person that booked me was not them it was a marketing company by the name of Tourist Street. They provided me with the number to call them and they were closed. I then spoke with the manager at silverlake and she was GREAT!!! She gave me a free two nite stay on behalf of her company because Tourist Street did NOT give me what they promised. I called Tourist street to refund me because it is Not silverlakes fault it was Tourist Streets fault. Why should silverlake have to pay for what Tourist Street's done?
I called and a women named Maranda was very very rude she said if I refund you then you can go to all the chat rooms and say hey you can rip off tourist street which infact she is a nutcase. Obviously we now know whom is ghetto enough to think that. So in a nut shell. I warned you, use them and you will be screwed. I am waiting on my refund but the aka so called professional manager will not do it. Well hunnie rip off report will not be erased. So thankyou for making your business look bad.
