Cruise was cut shortened by 3 days due to Hurricane Rita ripoff Royal

7 day cruise to Western Caribbean was cut short by 3 days due to Hurricane Rita. Scheduled to leave from Galveston Texas on Sept 25 but left on Sept 28 instead. Royal Caribbean promised a 50% refund for our trip.

Since we had paid cash the monies were refunded to American Voyager Travel by wire on Oct 19. There was 9 in our group. None of our monies has been refunded.

Every time we call we are unable to speak with anyone regarding our refunds. Especially if they know we are calling about a refund. The calls are screened very carefully. I once ask an employee is the company going bankrupt? The reply and I quote: "No I don't think so they are just so far behind on paying there bills."

The way I see it is that Melissa Hillard Samei & Matthew Samei are enjoying the high life at their customers expense.
