The guest list ripoff no airline vouchers sent Garden City

Sent money through paypal to an ebay user named cheapcheap25 for airline vouchers—230.00— recieved cards to mail to "the guest list" along with 20.00 (new fee never mentioned) never received vouchers— no valid phone numbers in yellow pages for either return addresses request for payment was from a michael stein email address [email protected] will not return email now that money was sent over 6 weeks ago i have filed reprt with the ifcc - please file a reprt if you have been ripped off by this company
