Today 05/21 I purchased a Boingo all-day pass in Detroit. The performance is very comparable to a dial-up connection. Web pages take forever to load (Google to 15 seconds, Dogpile almost a minute!!!).
I could not open LinkedIn at all.
I would like to request a refund.
