I have a minimal landline from AT&T that exists solely for 911 call usage. We have never made a call on this line, but on the latest bill find a charge for $16.07 for "new services provided and billed". I will call AT&T tomorrow morning to dispute this charge. While at it I will cancel my line because when we started it they "forgot" to send us a bill for the first two months and then hit us up with a late fee. I refuse to support such shoddy practices.
