THE worst customer "service" EVER

Our encounter with rental communications is a headache

I've been attempting to create connection providers with constitution for three months, to incorporate Cable Television, Telephone, & Internet. The list following is just a short overview of a few of the issues I've undergone.

-I had been informed I'd get fundamental & extended standard Cable Television, Web, and telephone (with free long-distance) for $69 monthly to get a year. It was established many times along the way of calling constitution. After many providers were mounted, I had been subsequently informed the cost could be within the $130 variety, that was $60! A lot more than I'd been informed and had established on many events.

-I had been informed I really could get three outlets mounted (one having a electronic container) for that simple installation cost therefore I purchased three shops. The specialist/company who turned up for that installing of the Cable Television stated he'd a work-order to set up just one store. I told him what I'd requested and what I required and he served as though I had been doing him incorrect, he mentioned he'd require $10 per store for that "extra" shops and needed a $60 deposit regardless of how many he mounted. I had been never told I'd need to spend a deposit towards the Cable Television specialist (I'd previously settled an $80 & $30 deposit throughout the first installment visit, by which constitution repetitions mounted the web and telephone). I went forward and settled the $60 deposit and had one Television linked.

-Following preliminary screw up using the two extra shops which were to become mounted, constitution terminated/skipped two more Saturday visits (after I waited all of the support phone time period!) because of some imperfect or wrong order position? I'd established all these visits and also the purchase specifics many times, including about the evening of planned installment

-over the last botched-up Sunday visit to set up both shops (along with a DVR), the Constitution repetitions that turned up mentioned their work-order didn't note both shops which the DVR I requested wasn't available. Among the repetitions mentioned the DVR he'd been provided was much better than the main one I requested (it had been named “moxi box”?); I informed him that used to do not need another, heavier, and warmer operating container. I'd no space for this along with my Television (where it'd simply fall-off and split, or worst however - hurt somebody) and my amusement put up didn't help the contacts on this moxi box. They couldn’t connect it-up, so that they quit without doing something.

-All three of my providers have now been out for 1-3 hrs for 9 consecutive times.

-I had been informed I'd be called back no less than three times but never obtained a call-back for that issues described within this notice. The last repetition on 09/13/08 did contact me back – but was not able to do a lot of something to create up for the difficulty I'd been having. He got another company visit scheduled. The support men who arrived on the scene were not able to repair the issue.

-a Lot Of this really is contained in events own background of my account action (so far as I've been educated by a few of the constitution repetitions I talked to).

-I will just estimate the amount of calls I'd to put to constitution in this experience, but might state that I created roughly 2 calls daily to get a whole of three months, which means roughly 21 calls. I'd round it-up to atleast 30 overall calls and several of those were 30-60 minutes or longer in length.

-I never once cursed, screamed, turned belligerent, or indicated myself in anything-but an acceptable method although out this whole experience.

-5 months later my wire providers continue to be heading out and my statement continues to be screwed-up.

I've delivered a professional notice towards the corporate head-quarters along with a model of the notice was contained in a towards the Better Business Office.
