We had been seasonal campers at the RV Park for over 9 years.in 2004 new owners took over and after taking our seasonal fee they told us, without just cause, that we could no longer use the pool, bathrooms, laundry room... Etc. And that after the season was over they would not renew our site for a 10th year. Our RV was too old for their park, they said.
After that every time we entered the park the owners would watch us and we knew we were no longer welcome. We dismantled our campsite and moved out before our lease was up. We took the owners to small claims court and won our case. The campground has lost over half their seasonal renters because of the way they the new owners are doing business. From about 70 to 35.
