Don't ever shop at harbor freight tools on market street in saddle brook, new jersey!!! The store is run by a bunch of retarded idiots! They are understaffed, short on stock & brains, & do not always give a sales receipt so that if you try to return a product for a refund they will NOT do it! Why, They will not even give you a STORE CREDIT! Currently, the Better Business Bureau in Trenton, NJ is handling a very aggravating complaint I brought against them.
I'm warning all of you viewers to BEWARE & not have to go through what I'm going through. That store SUCKS bigtime in plain English. I just cannot believe that the CEO who runs this company practices such poor business practices as I have just mentioned. I can't believe that they've been in business as long as they have.
Actually, the quality of the tools is not that bad. It's the STAFF that they hire to run the stores. I have some tools that I previously purchased that did OK but It's not worth the aggravation of going there. So, after all of this is over & settled I'll NEVER go back there again & shop at Home Depot or another store instead. At least, I know at Home Depot, they will take back items & offer refunds & store credits. That I do know. Harbor Freight should learn from them but they don not.
