Carlos got me to pay in full before he started and then he never finished. He owes me and avoiding me!

I had hesitated to pay Carlos Daniels in full before the approval of printing my business cards and flyers. He insisted I pay in full so he could proceed.

So I trusted him at this point. Well, I only got my business cards but never got the flyers and email blasts done. I tried calling him and never answered or call back.

My manager finally got a hold of him and ask to refund the money. He never followed thru and it's been months. So now I have to do something about this.
