Contracted to file an application for a GSA Schedule. GSA has no record of any application

ADL contracted with Breen to file an application to place our software under the GSA schedule. After many months he provided us with a GSA number. Upon checking with the GSA they have no record of any application from our company and the GSA number is bogus.

Breen was paid in full for his services, which he has done nothing. Requests for paperwork has been ignored.
