This company is very slick and deceptive. I opened a account with them last year and all seemed fine. Then i noticed being double charged on my fees. The ding you with non compliance fees monthly and annually i did the compliance test on opening the account and passed it (very complicated) only to find out that many other merchants don't require this that are allot larger and more reputable. I received withdraws for for a total of 428.00 and change and have not had one transaction during that month... I tried contacting my sales rep...
No longer there and then left numerous messages without a retrun call once... Someone at that company authorized a second account that never had one charge on it but i was getting billed... I then contacted the company directly and after finding the truth about their deceptive and unauthorized use of opening another account... I filled out paper work and sent it in... Only to look at my account 3 weeks later and another 2 charges were on there... They claimed they could not find paper work even though i did call back the week prior and they said they received it... This company is going to be reported to the bbb and other california agencys about this type of activity... This is not the first filed against this company so be ware!!!
