Scott Norman marketing agreement for intellectual property

I hired mmg as the marketing company for a invention i had. At first i thought they were up front until they reached the point in the contract where a proto-type was supposed to be built. At that point they told me they hadn't received enough interest to continue with my project i've written 2 letters to Scott Norman but he has never responded. I also filed a complaint with the FTC but haven't received any answers back at this time. I paid $ 7500.00 to this company and feel they didn't fulfill the terms of our agreement so i would like my money back
