Today I was putting up the tree I purchased from Tree Classics and the looked great until I started spreading the branches out from packing. The lights were not attached to the tree, just twisted around the branches and wires split with the end of the branches poked thru with no florist taping to hope the lights in place, wires hanging of most of the branches, looked like something a child had done. The tree cost me $359.99 dollars. I called their customer service and was told to take pictures and send to their email account which I did (11) pictures. Also wrote this note to them. I am very disappointed with the tree I purchased from your company. The quailty of the wrapping of the lights is that of a amatuer. There is no florist tape the hold the lights on the branches and therefore the entire lighting string just hangs. After talking with you customer service department, I was advised to send the attached picture.
