After speaking with quite a few individuals regarding this service, I have cancelled my service with them both online and with the telephone call to one of their membership call centers. Originally it appeared that everything was fine and the lady on the recorded call stated that I would not be charged for an additional timeframe. 4 days later I noticed the charge placed on my banking account for the monthly subscription and called back, this time reaching someone with whom I could barely understand. After explaining the circumstances again to this person, he stated that he could not see where the reversal of the charge would be shown and stated that I had used the service again. For those who aren't aware, a radial button (reactivate) exists for someone to simply press and automatically resubscribe to the service (even though they automatically resubscribe you each time). Neither of these were the case and sensing something was out of the ordinary, I asked to speak with the supervisor.
Approximately 7 minutes later, a woman was on the line and I explained the same thing to her as I did before. She claimed that the original woman I spoke with 4 days earlier told me they couldn't do anything and that it was my charge no matter what. I again explained that call was recorded as well and a simple review would very clearly state this was not in the conversation at all. I could see very clearly where this was going and I cancelled within the time alotted. Bottom line... Never give them your banking information.
If you want to use this service... Only use a credit card. As a sidenote... I worked with a credit card company and I can't tell you how many times I had to run disputes for the charges to this company. It's sad. I used to think they were a little better than others but this has left me without a doubt realizing they simply want the money no matter what the costs... Even those who have been with them before. Poor business.
