Ok in Feb we spoke with a rep from this company told them that we were looking to start up a business. They stated that there were a lot of grants out there for starting up a business. Then we told them that it can be a minority woman owned business because we had heard that there were more grants out there for that group. The rep stated yes there are even more out there in that catagory and that it would actually help even more in getting a grant. So we said ok. We did our 4 30 min session, then about a month later we had someone else call. The call got disconnected and haven't heard from anyone since.
Well needless to say the 4 30 min convo's consisted of well look at this website and this website, and so on. Well I spoke with Grants. Gov today and on their recording it clerly states that there is no funding for a business start up orexpansion, I have to get a SBA loan to do that. I'm in it for $3577.28 and over a year later with nothing, tofind out that I won't get a grant to supposedly get any of my money back like I was told. Basically it was 4 30 min sessions and then ok nowyou do the rest, but continue to pay us $223.58 a month and a $500.00 deposit for a cd and a book. This is the biggest crock I have ever heard of. I spoke with Joe Goodman finally after telling customer service that I was making a complaint tonight for fraud on the consumer complaint website. I just want my money back and never to hear from them or see another charge from them again.
