Mvq creditdiagnosis they managed to take out money from our card account without our knowledge. Be careful of them

They have been debiting money from our credit card account without our knowledge

When contacted they say it is monthly membership fee and we will have to cancel the membership to stop charging such amount. We have no idea of such memebrship and we have no idea how they got our credit card details.
