I've never heard about NCB Administration. Last three times I've been obtaining these telephone calls on my cell out of this peculiar 215-244-4200 quantity. Fortunately I've Town identification on my telephone and it claims it is originating from Bensalem, PA. Which means this ladies keeps calling me purchase the title of (Shannon). She do not never tell me who she's with or what she's calling me for. All she claims is the fact that it's immediate. But what I dont get, is she calls out of this 215 quantity. But she wishes me to call some 1-800 number. But what pissed me off one of the most. Is the fact that I wanna understand how the * she got my grandparents house telephone number. She's the heart to contact my grandparents and let them know I quit there quantity like a research!!! Are you kidding me? I am not paying you *. Has other people had this issue before???
