He will prey on victims in foreclosure or in need of a modification, and then end up some how owning your title. (That is unless you get suspicious like me and look him up on the internet and find the reports on Rip Off.com before it's too late.) He preys on single women, usually with a child. This gives him a false sense of power control as he tries to use this connection as his way of controlling what he needs -to start his manipulation or undue influence against what you own.
