I also had a poor encounter with Ben from National Fireplace. They arrived to wash my fireplace and wound-up smashing my gutter once the fat lard attempted to obtain on my second-level top. Then your * smashed my chimney cover. I discovered it hanging on by only one of the 4corners later that night. It started to rainfall and so I needed to draw my hierarchy out, rise two homes and unearthed that 3 of the edges were broken. The fireplace man never screwed these edges back on. I named Ben to protest and he stated that he'd give me my money-back but never received something.
They did not actually cleanse the ash dump...
