Met on Match.com, Seemed charming and sensitive. Sent beautiful love letters. Claimed to be a widower with a 12 year old child - even sent pictures!!! Cant even imagine who the kid really was.indicated born and raised in Quebec. But currently living in Illinois. Even had an address which does exist however no one by that name can be found in that town. Phone number is a magic jack and now it appears that all text messages originated from a gmail generated text service. Cancelled out day before first meeting indicated had to go out of the country.
Continued communicating then started asking for money to help return from Egypt... Yeah I got hooked, to a point Then indicated they didnt have enough money to get back to the states, so fled to malaysia during the unrest in Egypt... Got hooked again. After reading these consumer complaintss I see Malaysia seems to be a popular place for these scammers. Got hooked again. Sent him more money to come home. Money was retrived in Malaysia... Havent heard from him since ATotal rip-off 6,000.00.
