I responded to an internet ad. It sounded good so I followed up with my monies and information as requested. When it was time to start fulfilling their end of the agreement, I received emails requesting information they'd already been sent. The last phone call I made, I was told to ignore all the emails from Robert James and that they'd been having technical problems but my information was all there. I'm now into the second month of this "stall tactic" and paying double rent because we'd given notice, expecting to be out by now. If I'd known, I could have tried working with a bank or realtor or anyone honest. This outfit is hurting my family, not just me. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been treated like this.
