Penske did (Jose Herrera, shop foreman) remove personal property of employee (D. D) on a Friday (sometime on or about 4/9/10). Said company vehicle was to be parked in Shop over weekend. That was done! On the following MONDAY morning - employee came to work - looked for personal possessions an personal property. It had been removed. When employee asked about this, he was told the vehicle had been cleaned out over the weekend. All contents removed and destroyed.
Shop foreman then told employee to remove himself from the property and not return. That was done. Employee has not returned, per request (or orders).
Now, Penske is refusing to pay "unemployment" compensation. Again, large businesses get away with screwing employees, public and customers. NICE!
