My daughter bought several items of jewellery from viviennewestwoodstore.com on the internet. When they arrived it was obvious that they were fake. They were not even very good copies.in addition the packaging was dirty, crumpled and inappropriate for the type of item.
When I checked the store for her it was pretty obvious that they were not a genuine vivienne westwood dealer. There is no phone number or address and you have to contact their customer services by email if you want to return anything. The response you get is very bad. First of all they admitted they were selling fakes by saying ".. But there is a great differ in money between replica and originals. Our price is much cheaper than originals." They then suggested "You can make a beautiful box to do the out package" and when I demanded a refund they replied "We are sorry that we cant do the refund, we only do the refund for the item that is out of stock. If you like, the next time you buy the item from our website we give you some concession. Beg for your understanding."
