MPI, doesnt really help you to buy a home, they stats that they are working on your credit, but they never inform you on what you have to work on to improve your credit report. My wife and i stayed in one of there homes for 1yr and never was told what to do. The neighbor also said that they was there for like 4 yrs and still have yet to buy the home. Once we moved out they didnt even want to give our deposit back, and stated that we move out on our own and that they dont have to give back the deposit.
