Same as everyone else (see BBB); they quote, they triple, they keep. When husband threatened to reach their (probably not paid) insurance company, they all the sudden would deliver after they had threatened and lah dee dah. Anyhow, they left a huge mess, smashed boxes, mattress outside on the grass, etc. I took loads of pics and they didn't like that. They lost screws so didn't put bunkbeds back together but had $600 of mine in their pockets - I said run to Lowe's. They also left the box springs and tons of mess and tape outside, did I say that? Worst, worst. They admitted to my husband they're closin down. Wonder why? Can anyone say "class action law suit"???
