I to worked for this company for some time & at this moment am still owed several thousand dollars that I don't expect to ever see.
If you are looking for a good company to work for & make a decent living then stay away from Seal Rite, they will break your bank account while running your own vehicle into the ground. YOU WILL PAY ALL OF YOUR OWN EXPENSES, You will also be expected to have a laptop computer with software installed but you will not find this out until you have been there a few days training.
Do not be fooled by these liars & cheats!!! They are NOT a manufacturer of anything as they profess to be when talking to customers or employees. There is NO Seal-Rite factory & never has been. They are only a distributor which has changed their company name several times to avoid legal trouble as well as ducking out on their SO-CALLED lifetime warranty's.
If you bought windows or any other product from Revco & need repairs on your windows that should be covered under that lifetime warranty YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. Even though Seal-Rite is the same company run by the same people they will not honor their responsibility to you. The company name was changed yet again to avoid this & other legal issues. Too bad as they do have some good products, just very poor ethics & business practices in the way they are sold & how they back up what they promise, which they simply do not most of the time.
If you make an appointment with this company to see what they have to offer expect the salesman that comes to see you to be in your home a minimum of 3 hours. We were told that if we were not there that long then we were not doing our jobs. Yes the salesman will wear you down & in the end do a "phone drop" calling his boss & head of production Mr. Limke or what ever name they are using now. They will go through a long spiel acting as if they are trying to get your products manufactured along with a large commercial production run to get you a commercial price. The whole idea is that you the customer gets greedy & thinks you're getting some great price. It is also to get you to think they are going to cut your material that night ensuring more of a commitment from you so you will not cancel. Let me be clear. There is no production run, there is no mr. Limke on the production floor because there is no factory. The sales person is speaking with his dispatcher in their lakeland office. THIS DISPATCHER IS THE SAME PERSON WHO RUNS THEIR TELEMARKETING ROOM WHICH CALLED YOU & MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN THE 1ST PLACE.
Rest assured you are still paying way more than you should for the products & services you receive & unbeknown to him your salesman will most likely not get fully paid if at all on your job.
If you work for them it is exactly as past reports have said. They will always have some poor excuse why the jobs you sold did not pay out & after having spent hundreds of dollars each week in fuel & wear & tear on your own vehicle you are left with nothing to show for it.
When I left the company I was owed several thousand dollars that I will not see, I also know several other salesmen that were shafted the same way I was & are still owed money.
The Ayers brothers are greedy unethical people that only care about their themselves & care nothing about doing what is right.
Yes I am disgruntled because I was cheated & lied to which seems to be the norm for every past employee of this fly by night company.
