It's been about a year now and still have not recieved a refund of $2995.00 although i found court papers with more info on the scam.

this is all the info we may need. If anyone knows of a judgement that is in our favor so that we can get paid. Please let me know. These people made me lose my home. A slap on the wrist is not enough, i want my hard earned money.
