I had a timeshare contract that was signed under duress with empty promises never delivered. The Owners Advocate compounded the the problem with promises of their own to get me out of that contract. It seems to be one scam after another and no one is held accountable. The principals disappear with you hard earned money and TOA promised to get that money back for us only to do the exact same thing. Take our money and run.
TOA makes a lot of empty promises and as soon as they have your money, customer services said they would now handle the case only to stall you long enough so that you can't get your money back from the credit card company. The 30 or 60 day limit passes quickly and you are stuck with no recourse and no money and NO ONE to contact or that will even talk to you.
Avoid TOA at all cost and don't fall for the scam, they will not help you. I don't even think they are in business anymore.
