Kidriders kid riding lesson's Melanie Ritter Regan Ritter Rawn Ritter Runnin R Ranch PAYING FOR LESSON'S FROM SOMEONE THAT SHOULDN'T BE GIVING LESSONS! The truth from ex-"kidrider" having to be retrained by nfr pro

I am a Mom with a now 12 yr. Old daughter that has taken lesson's with The Kidriders Group, and after learning the hard way. We started when she was 8. Now after going all those years. And paying all that money we have waisted. I come to find out that it was nothing more then a place to learn about you basic horse skill's how to feed, water, bathe horses and learn the body parts of a horse. When it came to riding yes, we learned how to mount on the horses. But Ms. Bobbi teaches just the very basics. Her daughter Melanie Ritter is the one that is suppose to take your Kid to the next level of Barrel Racing Training. And try and finish out the child with going to lesson's at there Grandview Location. (Runnin R Ranch) And move them up for Competing.in Barrel Race's, But we have experience that She is not qualified to be teaching these, technique. Based on the Trainers we have now. Because we have had to start all over. My child was never told how to know what lead the horse was on... And how to pick up on a right lead, nor how to have a good set in the saddle. Nor to have the proper placement of her hands on the rains, how to use her leg's to move the horse. And so many more things that one must know to become a Good Rider in general.instead we were introduced to the sticky set's device that stick the rider in there set of a saddle, BIG NO, NO. Also what they called tugg's this is their device they put to hold a child's leg's and feet in place while in the saddle. We have found out the hard way their are a lot of People out there that don't know much about giving the right and proper lesson's or training in Horses, Barrel Racing, but it's a big money business. And when you, as a parent just want to get your child involved in a sport, like Barrel Racing because of the love, your child has of horses and passion for the animal. That's reason enough to give your child the right start! So please beware of the people that think they know it all! But only take Advantage of People like you and Me, that don't know enough too find out before it's to late! And they have nothing to prove it with. Just a few buckles, also Beware if they are not going to a race and setting the bar! (in other word's placing at the top of the 1-D) it's probably not a good idea to have them teaching your child how to become a winner! If they can go out there Themselves and be that 1-D winner! This is the reason is am posting this, is to help you give the right start to you and your child to become a competitive Barrel Racer! But Please ask yourself these... Questions? Before finding a Proper trainer for your child. If they are wanting to ride, barrel race, take lesson's. Ask for References,? (other then People that go there) look them up on the net.? Ask them What kind of Winning's they have won? Find out what is the name of the horses they have competed on? Look them up? What origination do they run with look on there site? Check out there winning's. Also how much they have won on that horse? How many horses have they trained if any? And ask if they are on a finished out horse? That they are competing on? If the answer is Yes' it's (because that's basically a horse anyone can ride!) but when it comes to getting on to the next horse. Then that's when you will see the problems with the others horses that are not finished out barrel horses. (this is because they have not been taught the right way to ride any horse.) just to stay on the ones that is a finished horse. So you don't have to go My route, but just be careful when choosing a REAL TRAINER FOR YOUR CHILD! Also if the trainer can't hop on the back of your horse or another and fix the problem you, (or) (they) are having. Then that's is a Big Clue they Don't know or have the skill's to do it.! P. S money is to hard to come by, and when you love your child and only want to give them the very best! Be careful how you spend you fund's and Pay for what you Get! And Get what you Pay for. My only prayer is that if i can only help someone, out of this post. Get a little bit of FYI & head start to this wonderful world of Barrel Racing' JUST TO GIVE THEM A HEAD'S UP, ON WHERE TO START AND WHAT TO ASK? THEN I HAVE DONE MY JOB! AS A PARENT, THAT HAS A CHILD, wanting to ride and compete in barrel racing. Good Luck and God Bless, you on this journey!
