Billed 700.00 for accounting work, paid 180.00 by her account. One person asked for the book and she told him there was none. What is the 700.00 bill for?

Sandra Blayden is a accounting business in Bigfork MT. Charged our company 700.00 for work on Co. Books. Was paid only 180.00 to date. I asked for a detail bill (@15.00 per hr.) For services and was never given it. When Rusty (a board member) ask to see them, he was told there was none. So what was the $700.00 and 46.5 hours of work for. So this info is yours to use how you see fit. I can back this up with more info if you need it.
