He advertises on Craiglist and has a website. It all looks professional enough... But when you actually see the troglodyte that shows up... There is nothing professional about him.
He will charge a fee for showing up. He will charge a fee for looking at the problem. He will write up an outrageous contract giving him god like powers if you are stupid enough to sign it. He will want to get a check for payment so he knows who he can sue when he fails to complete the job.
